Could you help me to translate a small text from german to english ?
"Bei zweizeiligen Kennzeichen ist die Angabe deso von ":" für Kreis- und HU Plakette nicht sinnvoll. Daher sollte üblicherweise der der Kreisname von 2 Punkten eingerahmt werden, also ".war." - der erste Punkt steht für die Kreisplakette, der zweite für die HU-Plakette. "

On two-row plates the stickers for district- and HU (inspection) are not like this: ":"
It's rather so that the stickers form a kind of frame around the district's prefix (e.g. "F" for Frankfurt would be ".F.") The first sticker is the district's sticker, the second one the HU-sticker.

I am trying to do a old german license plate (with DIN1451 font) using this site:
http://nummernschild.dyndns.org/fe/
I want to make a license plate with the letter "B" (Berlin) and I cannot have the kreis sticker for Berlin Land.I know only a little bit of german and it is difficult for me to understand ;-).

Sorry Bara Kuda I haven't realized it whilst writing but as I looked at one of my spots I realized the stickers are not formed like this : ".F." but rather like this: "F.."
