Тот закон касается автомобилей, что ввозяться в Украину для растаможки и постановки на украинский учет. Евро 5.
Украинцы, на авто с иностранными номерами, можут передвигаться, пересекая таможню каждые 5/10 дней.
В Польше, поставить пригнанный автомобиль (до 2 литров) на учет, стоит до $500. Возраст не имеет значение, главное что бы техосмотр прошла.
