To put it short and as possible - "Judea and Samaria" is an Israeli term to refer to the West Bank. Palestine-plated cars are not allowed outside of the West Bank, and this was the case even before the Gaza war. This photo, as well as every other car photo in the Palestine gallery, is taken in Palestine but signed as Israel due to the author's personal opinion.
