I had the same problem when I uploaded the front photo of BT 17 FFC. It took a while after I reported it in the "Errors on the site" thread before it was fixed.
I noted this problem to Homer, he tried to fix it, but couldn't. So the only solution is to manually add doubles (and delete when necessary)
