BTW,a Romanian plates invasion has been going on in Ruse these days!This morning I saw SV (Suceava,black Audi A3 not really interesting),some Cluj trucks & trailers and a quite good-looking Ford Focus C-Max from DJ/Dolj...
Aaaand to top the cake with a sweet cherry,I have seen my first Timiş plate!
a beautiful white Dacia Lodgy!!! - its plate was TM 94 BH*? didn't remember the last letter mate,as I was in a hurry in the city centre!I hope to see more nice TM plates although!

Also I wish you good luck to spotted new Romanian plates.
By the way, my method is this, if I happen to miss a car in traffic that I wish for gallery, I note the plate of the respective car in the phone
with hope that I will see it again in Timișoara.

Well,I do spot Romanian plates nearly every day (it's obvious when you live near the RO border )But,here in Bulgaria you do not see every day cars & vehicles from Cluj,Timiş ,Iaşi,Dolj,Galaţi and so on...Lodgy in BG these days enjoys good popularity actually right after Logan MCV,Sandero and Dokker of course 
!
To be honest,I am literally trying my best to upload in PlatesMania as much as I can every weekday (sometimes even at the weekends) - but as a human being and a student :P I don't have much free time unfortunately to do that...With pleasure I will upload especially these nice Giurgiu,Bucharest,Teleorman and especially Timiş plates!And I also note preferrably flag plates (I like them more than the EU ones) in my phone just like you!
Be patient,and everything will come with time!
