I am quite curious about the situation in Kosovo and Metohija, I know that the so called "Republic of Kosovo" has issued their own licence plates as well. I can see that this car is registered in Priština, do these kind of plates get confiscated once they enter the territory of Kosovo i Metohija? Do the Serbs of Kosovo and Metohija use these plates instead of the licence plates ran by the so called "Republic of Kosovo"?
These Serbian plates with Kosovo codes (PR, PE, ĐA, KM, UR, GL, PZ) are issued to Serbs who want to go to Serbia and also want to make some other foreign trips and they are not valid in Kosovo unlike other Serbian codes. But most other people on Kosovo who want to travel abroad opt to take either the plates from the new system (01 111-AA) or the ones from the previous one which are also still issued (111-KS-111). Serbs who live down there have double plates (Serbian ones (like this PR) and KS issued plates) and have to pay double registration. Kosovo plates are forbidden in Serbia (though I spotted several from the old KS system in southern Serbia).
