Vranje #PolishNationalDay
My first from Koceljeva! Now I have completed all of the Serbian codes which all of them (except KC) were spotted/seen at least once in Montenegro.
I wish more codes get added, such as KU, OB, LA and ML (Kula, Obrenovac, Lazarevac, Mladenovac). In case of the latter three it is to slow down Belgrade's current series progression (around 100 series per six months).
Also possibly TE or TN (Temerin) and either AP, AT or AN (Apatin).

Yeah, I agree, especially for Mladenovac and Lazarevac. Lazarevac is 62 km away from Belgrade and it has BG plates! While, for example, Pančevo is just 'across the bridge' and has always had its own code.

For these two it is because they are suburban municipalities of Belgrade.
So what if they are? The city government should really consider tolerating this, as those places are large enough for a code. Furthermore, Kula is the largest (a bit over 16,000) town in Serbia without a license plate code.
