Currently riding in Bulgaria on the Russian plates! I believe imported by a Bulgarian, but unregisterable due to sanctions.

I had a brief chat with the owner. The car was imported to Bulgaria and customs cleared before the import restrictions, therefore there was no issue registering it in Bulgaria.
