The rules, that have been translated to English, says that location for a spot needs to be in the description.
So in the future you can just write what you remember. I like to write "region" for spots near big cities, for example "Gothenburg region". If I spot in a small town I write which municipality, nearest big town, I spotted in. There are many ways to describe location from where you spotted, but hopefully that was of some help
