Plate belonged to Škoda Fabia 2001. Withdrawn from traffic probably in 2015.
This car had a consular plate on the back, not sure if there are any Slovakian consulates here. Might be connected.

Also, in Slovakia it's illegal to keep licence plates after deregistration.

Fairly sure you can just say you lost them and no one will actually care. Same as Estonia.
