RED stood for technical inspection
GREEN stood for emission inspection

Nowadays you don't get stickers on rear licence plate, but on winschild.

The BLUE stands for "KONTROLA ORIGINALITY" = CHECK OF VEHICLE ORIGINALITY
Since 1. Sep 2009 every used car brought to Slovakia from abroad has to pass this check.
