Yup, that's pretty rare, yellow non-resident plates from anywhere outside of Moscow are very hard to find. Got one from Brest earlier this year myself in sweet condition -- it's gonna be years before I get another.

It's my only H series plate, I hope to find more regions in the future but I was really happy to start with a region that was not Moscow. For the P series I only have 1 that is not Moscow:

Yeah, it's not easy to find yellow plates from southern Russia. I might have just one at most: H 528 from Dagestan.
