Rare sight! A pre-1982 Škoda 1202 Kamyonet with a Turkish body.
Since 1964, the company Celik Montaj Ticaret has been importing Škoda 1202 chassis fitted with body skeleton (floor, front fenders with windscreen, rear wheel arches) and completed them in the form of pick-ups. They differed from the Czech products with a longer rear overhang with a one-piece hinged door. A total of 9895 Škoda 1202 chassis were exported to Turkey. Since 1971, pick-ups from imported parts have been assembled, newly fitted with their own simple metal body of square shapes. These cars were marked Škoda 1202 Kamyonet and their production lasted until 1982.
