Nope. That plate is for City of Governments and Rectors of Universities plate of Türkiye. Only available for the city governments and the rectors of universities that the plate is used by them

Nope. That plate is for City of Governments and Rectors of Universities plate of Türkiye. Only available for the city governments and the rectors of universities that the plate is used by them .
