I believe it is a Polski Fiat but happy to be corrected... I just uploaded the photos now  :)

It's the same actual plate - look at your photo, the plate is in a frame, and the holes are empty without screws. On my photo, the holes have screws! I think this plate was removed from this yellow Trabant and used in Hungary on the white car!

That's likely, also happens sometimes with Hungarian oldtimer plates.  :)
