I think this may be the Land Rover's actual UK plate. https://vehicleenquiry.service.gov.uk/ViewVehicle states N691 KRT has been exported, likely around 2012. It also looks repainted.

Makes sense, no need to take the plate off seeing as there are no front plate requirements here. I'm still getting used to the rule of it not being uploaded as "license plate without vehicle" when the plate belonged to the car previously.
