There are a few in the UK and Ireland, but in the rest of Europe I don't know of any. This car is now in the Netherlands.

I think most of the Fairlanes here in the UK are converted to limousines for funeral processions, usually by companies such as Coleman Milne. Quite why they like to convert Australian-spec vehicles, I do not know, but it makes it intriguing to see them on the roads from time to time.
