Very interesting find! This is a Ginetta GRS Tora (Ginetta as in the company who build sports cars for the racing track). I'd never heard about this car until I did some research. It's based on the Hillman Hunter, though styled to look like a small Range Rover, and only 320 were ever made, most probably sat unused like this example nowadays unfortunately. Most also have the 'kit-car' registrations denoted by the 'Q' prefix. More information about the car here, here and here
