How long has this been there?
No idea, but MOT expired in May 2016. Judging by the vegetation it has been there for several months at least

Not a bad idea (or perhaps it is, not sure about legality
), it's a relatively new car with not that many miles.

Still was there in October 2022, but I didn't see it anymore last week when I crossed the border to Haparanda.
