That's really cool, diplomatic plates are very rare to spot outside of London. More amazingly, for you anyway, '173' is accredited to the Hungarian embassy.

The diplomatic plate I saw it, Firstly it on M3 and it a black BMW x5
and also saw some on the M40 too.
