Now that is interesting.
Back in May 2013, I spotted a Californian-plated Blue Porsche 912, with the same registration. When I checked the plates originally, they were legit, coming back to a Porsche 912, plus California smog-records confirm the Californian registration too. It's amazing that the owner managed to obtain the same exact registration with the UK plates. Nice spot!
