No, I think I clicked that tag accidentally. Interestingly enough though, a few months later, the plate was re-assigned to a 2015 E220 W212.

No problem.
The tag is usually used for spots which have the same registration spotted on multiple vehicles. We used to select the tag in the UK gallery for any vehicle with a 'personalised' plate, but stopped doing that a few years ago.
