Thank for the photo

You're very welcome! I'm trying to document as many of these Astras as I can now, as they're becoming seriously rare to spot. I'm glad you're keeping yours on the road still :)

Thank for the photo

Are the seats as comfy as they look? The ones in this model look like couches

They are pretty good. More than many newer cars, and I would definitely not mind going for a longer drive in one. It has a good driving position and it didn't feel awkward. The seat is pretty soft and the way you ''sink'' into it might feel a bit strange if you're not used to it.

I still rather prefer the seats of the Carina II, due to them being more soft and due to it having the best seat adjustment controls I've seen in a car. Obviously as a driver you don't care about the backseat, but it's awful in the Astra as you'd expect from a small cheap car, while in the Carina it feels like sitting in grandmas sofa.

Just posted the one I owned back in 2014 (273THL). I've never really considered what the comfort is like in the back of any of my cars really
