I try to spot them when I can, just so there's a possibility of a double-spot too. The discontinuation of that ferry line has been sited as being to do with COVID, and doesn't mention anything about Brexit, though I think the timing (finishing on the 1st of January 2021) is a little too coincidental

Hm due to Brexit I can’t get UK sausages anymore, we have a British supermarket some minutes away but they sell only Irish stuff now. Not the same!! I want my Cumberlands and Richmonds back

I didn't realise there was a big market for UK sausages in Europe
I tend to enjoy the various sausage/salami/fuet meats from Spain, Italy and Germany that you can get at the supermarkets here. They're available at the moment, but I worry that they will stop being imported when the UK starts customs checks for EU freight coming into the UK.

I can wholeheartedly understand you, however I am suprised you got these in Belgium, we didn't in Germany
We're now headed for a pointless, even stricter 5-day Lockdown for Easter here. I guess any plans for the remainder of this year are best cancelled...
