Almost definitely, I presume it may've been transferred from the Greek Consulate in Manhattan.

Of course, thank you! :D To be fair, I'm happy to have spotted a legit New York plate in York, and I have spotted a few cars from the American embassy/consulates in York too, some being US imports.
