The owner lives in Odessa, it is a pity that none of the locals caught his BMW M2 earlier. Also in Odessa there are also BMW M4 Cabriolet (F83) and BMW I8 Roadster and everything with British license plates, possibly somehow connected with this car)

Hopefully someone spots those other sporty British-registered BMW's in Odessa.
BTW, this car was previously registered as RL19 DFU, according to Cazana, which of course was spotted last year in Odessa.
