GCC is shortened for the 'Gulf Cooperation Council', the Middle-Eastern trading-bloc equivalent to the European Union/EU, with Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE being the sole members for now. I used the term 'GCC-spec' to denote if a car potentially comes from that area of the world, which I'm certain this car possible is from (though I'm not 100% sure of this car's origins)
I don't recall any of the 6 GCC countries + Yemen ever having a "VX Limited" trim for the 200 series. Usually it's would been called a VX.R or VX.S instead but i could be wrong.
Interestingly this one was Tahara built, most of these were Yoshiwara built after 2008-09. Some of the early US-Spec 200s were Tahara made but most of ours came from Yoshiwara - I'd imagine GCC countries which buy these by the dozen warranted an additional production line.
