It is! You can have plates embossed over here but they aren't supplied by the dealer, you can get them made at Halfords or any place that makes plates. You can have plates

Cool! I should get some Serbian plates added to my collection some time
Plates in uk are usually screwed in but some dealers are lazy and put a couple of sticky pads on the back and they eventually fall off, especially during the summer when it's hot.
I suppose Euro plates are always screwed in because they're metal. Theres a part of the road that floods near my (now deceased) grandmothers house, you can always find plates in the waters!

I dont usually try to fix them, it takes away the character if you know what i mean. I have a Haiti one on my wall and it has two big holes in it. I believe it was where it was screwed in. This is it if you're wondering
