An Irish import more than likely. Could also be Cyprus or Malta. There are no UK-Spec Opels of this era.

I think a very small amount of Opel Antaras were imported directly brand new to the UK around 2009/2010, and all with SV59 A** plates. Maybe these were somehow cheaper to source than the Vauxhall variants. I guess it's also maybe Arnold Clark-related, which also was responsible with importing the Nissan Tiida to the UK too!
