I apologise for this - perhaps, silly - question, but I really don't unterstand, HOW this cars are getting license plates with *22 now (with its age identifier from March 2022), when 1st March, 2022 has not yet arrived at this time? February 2022 is not over yet...

The hoto was probably taken at a storage facility where they store new cars waiting to be sold

These cars were just sat in dealer lots with their plates on ready for their new owners to pick them up on the 1st of March. You are always able to spot a new plate a couple of weeks before the release date in a dealer lot.
