I found the plate on a bush outside my friends house in Kidderminster. The family are working on the garden and have a lot of tools and junk lying around, this plate was among everything, but on the bush. I don't know if the plate belongs to them, but my natural instinct was to hide the plate underneath the bush and take off with it when I left, which is a tactic I use often. I had to smuggle the plate out of the neighbourhood too.

I checked the plate, it belongs to a black Vauxhall Vectra and the tax expired in December last year. There were 2 black Vectras in the driveway but neither has the matching number plates.
