I once was on the 2 bus and I saw it parked from a distance and I worked it was Lithuania

PLATESPOTTER_KENT123 (2022-11-19 19:50:02)I took this photo 10 years ago, presumably I came to the same conclusion back then as I wasn't photographing British plates back then, only interesting cars, foreign plates and these Diplomatic plates if I knew it was one of the special codes!
