Wow Suffolk seems to have many USDM cars, any particular reason why?

Also many of these seem to be imported after Brexit? Has importing USDM cars become more popular since then?

It's nothing to do with Brexit. Suffolk has two of the most important US Air Force bases in the UK, RAF Mildenhall and RAF Lakenheath. Their close proximity to one another means there's a huge US military community around West Suffolk. US military members also get the option to ship their cars for free during their Permanent Change of Station periods (known as PCS'ing), hence the massive amount of US cars in these areas.
