Просто липса на контрол от нашите КАТаджии. Техническия преглед е изтекъл през 2017 г., данъкът е неплатен и е маркирана като изнесена в Англия (равностойно на сваляне от отчет). Има много коли които виждам да се движат така редовно по улиците с UK номера. Съответно нямат и никакъв вид застраховка в повечето случаи.
It it just a lack of control from our police. The technical inspection is expired, tax is unpaid, and the car is marked as exported in UK (equal to deregistration). There are many cars I see on UK plates that are driven daily like this. They also lack any kind of insurance in most cases.
