I think the best thing would be to post on the GBM forum thread until the IoM is fully opened on PM. IT seems to be a bit complicated to remove the Reading mention smh :/

Why? There have been many Manx plates in this particular format posted on the website. It's recommended that any Manx plate posted is also accompanied with a #IoM tag, to make it more convinient when the GBM gallery does open.

Yessir! I was saying this in relation to the report made on this one (removing the Reading mention on top)
