These were sold in Australia, but almost none of them I can find on Australian classifieds have the similar front plate bracket. I can't get the VIN from this example either on Percayso/Cazana either, so I'd also assume it's a RHD conversion of a US-spec example. Weird someone went out of their way to do that, when most people who drive US-spec cars in the UK are fine with the LHD setup.
