I do find it a little ridiculous that a car spotted in Hindhead can't be doubled with a spot in Dover or Harwich. They are absolutely worlds apart. Although being a cabriolet, if you do spot it with the roof up you can double

Maybe once of Uk spotters can ask Homer it he can change double spotting rule in the south of england.

Correct. After some pursuasion, the UK geographical rules has been revised to the following under rule 2.48
"All ceremonial counties of England are separated, except of conditionally united ones:
Greater London and the City of London; Bristol and Gloucestershire; Durham and Tyne & Wear; Greater Manchester and Merseyside; Leicestershire and Rutland; West Midlands and Worcestershire."
