This has got Opel Badges But RHD And On Motorscan.co.uk
It says it’s a Vauxhall so I don’t really know what brand this Corsa is unfortunately.
I am labeling it as Vauxhall but if you help me out that will be great. :)

It was imported! It is registered as a Vauxhall, but the importer could have easily put Vauxhall rather than Opel as the brand. I also can't think of any other country that has Vauxhall rather than Opel.
My instincts are telling me it was originally LHD and has been converted, but I have no proof of this
