Ah yes! So the Oldtimer tag ,as well as the Tuning tag, aren't accesible when initially uploading a spot. They can only be added after uploading.
When you receive the role 'Community Council' - (which in my opinion you should have already) - you will gain the ability to edit your tags & descriptions, as well as other people's tags!

This role change exists to stop new users joining and instantly messing around with tags etc.

For some reason, I do have the option when uploading  :pardon:


And I'm pretty sure there are some people with a higher "rank" than me which don't..
