My dad's courtesy car for the day as his 335d is in for some suspension work. I didn't expect an electric car as a courtesy, I was thinking something like a 320d or a MINI but we got this. They did have to check he wasn't doing a long journey as if so they were going to give him something else. This was my first experience in an electric car and my dad's first time driving one, the silence is weird and something difficult to get used to but it is a relaxing smooth ride. The power is instant but it isn't as quick as his 335d and the 0-60 on his car is 2 seconds quicker than this. I had a small drive too and I can say again that it is a smooth driving experience, probably helped by the quiet.

No but I was like 90% that we probably would. We get to keep the iX3 overnight now too.
