This driver cut in front of me as they were in the left lane and went right on a roundabout. I was driving in the straight on & right lane, they were in the left & straight on lane (video)

I will say, they did have their indicator on for a good couple of seconds, which is enough of a sign to say they're probably in the wrong lane, and enough for you to react. Honestly, at that point my advice for next time would be to just ease off the accelerator, let them cross past and, like Ashley Neal from YouTube says on his videos, make it a "non-event" 
Of course you're still a young driver, always learning even now, so I'm not criticising, especially since you do get people who have been driving for 20+ years get roundabouts wrong like this Vauxhall driver. I have some nortoriously bad roundabouts around my area next to the M62 motorway, which can just be a free-for-all, so I'm always alert for idiots who cut you up there. Treat everyone like they don't know how to drive, and drive accordingly (defensively)!
