C818 FFC

Not only am I addicted to Group B cars, and I love it when they are out and about like this one which clearly enjoys a lot of use still, I just love the idea when I saw the GB oval in your photo of someone deciding that this would be a good car to take on a European road trip (I know it might have been trailered to an event over there but that just takes away the fun!)

Me too, it really was fantastic to see on the road. I believe it does passenger rides from Goodwood, and let me tell you: it does not hang about. I was once coming back from Goodwood in the puring rain and this thing came flying down the road towards me like the clappers! It's amazing to see them being driven properly, especially in tricky conditions

That's epic, it's like the 037 I've seen around Goodwood (maybe same owner?). The 037 was restored and recommissioned and was put into use straight away on the Goodwood rally course, exactly as it was meant to. If I had the opportunity to own any of these my instagram account would have some very different cars... and followers than it currently does as I would be out enjoying them at every opportunity
