Framing could be better, but ah, what the heck: still don't see these every day here in the UK!

Is this not a UK-spec Blazer? It looks like the the steering wheel is on the right side, is is the correct year to be a UK example and it appears normally on number plate checkers (imports usually would show as Chevrolet not available). So this might be one of the rare UK sold RHD Blazers!

You might be right, actually: CheckHistory says this was first registered on the 21st of July 2000 as S15 HRH. US flag stickers on the back might've threw me off at first.
