Probably GCC-Spec - most Mexican-spec cars in Europe are in Spain, or they're Ford Lobos. Quite a few GCC-Spec cars are in the UK, some of which are brought over by expats returning home.

Makes sense. What makes this one particularly interesting is that according to the Car Check report, this one appears to have been registered in the UK since brand new with only 26 miles on its odometer!

It's actually a rebadged Samsung SM7 which is essentially a Teana wearing Korean clothes.
