These were used as promotional vehicles for Nissan in 2009. There is one that lives locally to me that I think is the same one that was used as a promotion at a local garage to me. The branch was Firsway Nissan in Leigh which permanently closed in about 2018/19 and has since been replaced by flats. This one is also an Acenta dCi 1.5 diesel, the same spec as the one I spotted that was used to promote.
