Yes, the second year of the Mongol Rally ends in the Kazakh city of Ust-Kamenogorsk.
I saw this Peugeot at the Mongol Rally car park, it had no license plates. Perhaps he will be sent back to Europe after some time, or maybe he will stay in Kazakhstan.
