Both the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) and London Air Ambulance (LAA) provide a vital service to London and its surrounding areas, working mutually to secure accident scenes, and make sure those involved make it out alive.

London Air Ambulance is a charity that responds to advanced trauma calls falls from heights, road traffic collisions assaults and a lot more, operating a small fleet of helicopters and RRVs (Rapid Response Vehicles) for quick interventions and transits to hospital. In 2024, over 2,000 patients were treated by specialist doctors.
