It's only after re-visiting this photo after all these years that I see P591 EAV is in the background – I wouldn't photograph that car until the following year!

But in this instance I definitely know it's a replacement – see this (I'm in the process of migrating my flickr spots to PlatesMania)

Yes, however they make them on the island aswell as many cars sport them
