It's 300 O and 3 OOO, both combinations belong to this car as to not cause confusion through the DVLA, so it can be uploaded i guess, as one or the other. I had the same problem with this plate, which shows up online as the same RS6 with the possible combinations of V8 OOO and V 8000.
The public can only really find out about these plates on the internet. My recommended website for finding out has to be ukvehicle.com, as it also gives the previous registration of cars with cherished registrations.
