According to this site, this plate belongs to a 1990 Toyota Camry, which was probably imported to the country with its plates.
Unfortunately, I will have to delete the rest of your Dominican spots. The plates are fake (non-offical) and they obviously don't belong to the cars, so there is no way we can tell they are real.

BoBa (2018-10-20 14:01:24)Yes, it's not official. The euroband isn't correctly sized, the colour doesn't seem right. Official plates also have this small text in the corner, which isn't present on the photo.
